Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking an experienced Reservations Manager for a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel located in Stellenbosch. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and service-driven professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in the luxury hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire reservations process, ensuring a seamless and professional guest experience from initial enquiry to booking confirmation.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the reservations team to consistently deliver high service standards.
• Maximise room revenue through strategic inventory management in collaboration with the Lodge Sales Manager and external partners.
• Maintain accurate data entry, system updates, and reporting within Protel Air or similar platforms.
• Ensure all guest communications are personalised and of the highest quality.
• Manage VIP reservations, special requests, and resolve guest issues with discretion and efficiency.
• Handle all incoming emails, phone calls, and messages, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Collaborate closely with other Heads of Departments to ensure operational cohesion.
• Attend departmental meetings, compile reports, and provide performance updates as required.
