Product Specialist

Overview

My client is currently seeking a Product Risk Team Lead to join their Johannesburg office. This is a rare opportunity to lead a growing team, contribute to global reporting standards, and collaborate with international stakeholders across trading, risk, and IT functions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of daily and monthly P&L and position reports, with clear attribution and commentary for senior stakeholders.
• Oversee CTRM system integrity, support enhancements, and coordinate resolution of technical issues.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 3–5 Risk Analysts, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Drive continuous improvement and participate in strategic projects across commodity desks and global offices.
