Personal Assistant (Accounting Background)
Location : Dura Equipment Sales – Boksburg
Position Type : Full-Time
Dura Equipment Sales, a leading name in the earthmoving and heavy machinery industry, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and accounting skills , with hands-on experience using Sage or similar accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional administrative and personal support to management.
- Assist with day-to-day office operations, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Handle invoicing, purchase orders, and financial record-keeping.
- Capture and reconcile financial data using Sage or equivalent accounting systems.
- Assist with internal reporting, expense tracking, and document management.
- Coordinate communication between departments and external partners.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth workflow in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Minimum Matric CertificateDiploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance preferred.Proven experience as a Personal Assistant , Office Administrator , or similar role.Proficiency in Sage , Pastel , or other accounting software.Strong computer literacy (MS Office Suite essential).Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.Attention to detail and ability to work independently.Professional demeanor with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Proficient in Afrikaans and EnglishOwn Transportation & Valid Driver’s LicenseWe Offer
