About the Programme
The YES Programme empowers unemployed youth with 12 months of real workplace experience in administrative and support roles across WHC. It supports the national YES4Youth initiative to create sustainable entry-level opportunities, build skills, and promote employability.
Available Positions (12-Month, Fixed-Term)
- Banking Administrator (x1) – Ref : YES001
- Compliance Administrator (x2) – Ref : YES002
- Fleet Administrator (x1) – Ref : YES003
- Procurement / IT Administrator (x1) – Ref : YES006
- HR Administrator (x2) – Ref : YES007
- Finance Administrator (x7) – Ref : YES008
- Black South Africans as defined by the B-BBEE Act (African, Coloured or Indian).
- Aged 18–29 .
- Currently unemployed.
- No prior participation in a YES Programme.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to the full programme.
