We are seeking a Tenacious and Outstanding Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Future Talent business unit. Your core mission will be to prospect and qualify new business opportunities with large organisations looking to build purpose-driven, enriching cultures by helping with maturing their talent function to deliver an outstanding employee experience. This is a high-impact role for a brave visionary who wants to be on the front lines of global work culture development.
The Opportunity : Help Drive Our Global Growth
This role is the engine of our growth strategy, focusing entirely on new business pipeline generation . You will identify and engage future talent clients—mid-to-large organizations with a minimum of 1000 people and a willingness to invest in developing visionary brands and culture. You will create the first touch point for an organization going on a journey with Future Talent as we help solve their key talent experience challenges.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities) :
- Proactive Prospecting : Research and identify high-potential global and national corporate business leaders seeking to develop a significant vision and sustainable culture.
- High-Volume Outbound Engagement : Use kind, strategic, and tenacious communication via cold-calling, email, and LinkedIn to generate initial interest.
- Lead Qualification : Conduct discovery conversations to assess needs, budget, authority, and timeline (BANT criteria), ensuring leads are highly qualified for the Sales Manager.
- Meeting Generation : Consistently book and hand over a high quota of qualified sales appointments, acting as a crucial link in the sales process.
- CRM Mastery : Maintain meticulous records of all activities and pipeline updates to ensure full visibility and accurate forecasting.
Typical KPIs Include :
Discovery & Research (10 hours) : Proactively identify high-potential target clients and decision-makers ( 40 clients / week ).Outbound Engagement - Calls / VCs (9 hours) : Execute high-volume, targeted phone calls to generate initial interest ( 20 calls / week ).Outbound Engagement - Mails (9 hours) : Develop and execute strategic email campaigns to nurture prospects ( 40 mails / week ).Meeting Generation (4 hours) : Successfully book and hand off a quota of qualified Demo Meetings / VCs to the Account Manager.Market Feedback : Provide structured feedback to the team regarding market trends, objections, and competitive landscape.Target : Focus on achieving the weekly Lag Measure of 5 Qualified Sales Leads (SQLs) .What We’re Looking For (Your Profile) :

Compensation : Competitive Base Salary + Generous Performance Commission
