SALARY : MARKET RELATED WITH MEDICAL AID / PROVIDENT FUND

Our client in the Hospitality industry is looking for a Food and Beverage host to join their Food and Beverage team in a luxury hotel in Cape Town.

Host / Hostess Duties but not limited to :

Greet customers and manage the seating area.

Pass out menus to customers and take phone calls in a professional manner.

Maintain an accurate waitlist and direct customers to coatrooms, restrooms, or a waiting area as needed.

Notify supervisors of large parties and ensure that all reservations are distributed among waiter stations efficiently.

Advise waiters of any special requests from customers.

Requirements :

Grade 12 education is required.

A formal qualification will be considered an advantage.

Computer literacy is also essential.
