We are seeking a motivated Assistant Breakfast Supervisor to join the hotels Food & Beverage team. The successful candidate will support the Breakfast Supervisor in managing daily breakfast operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, high-quality food presentation, and smooth team performance.
Critical Criteria (Requirements)
- Previous experience in food and beverage supervision advantageous
- Basic knowledge of breakfast operations in hotels or large-scale food service
- Minimum 13 years experience in food and beverage, preferably in a supervisory or team leader role within a hotel or large-scale restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards
- Must hold a valid South African ID
