You have 1-3 years of experience in a sales, account management, or a similar role where you've had to build relationships. Experience in a digital marketing agency is a bonus. UNCAPPED COMMISSION. Your earning potential is in your hands. REAL IMPACT. You'll be helping local SMBs thrive. AWESOME TEAM. We're a supportive, fun crew that's actively growing. Salary : Basic of R15,000 - R25,000 per month (depending on your experience) + commission structure.

We're looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our crew.
What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like :
- You'll become a pro at understanding their business, diving deep into their goals and what they’re trying to achieve (especially with 2026 planning right now!).
- You'll be their trusted advisor, connecting the dots and putting together smart recommendations that will genuinely help them grow.
- You'll guide them through the process and get that amazing feeling of closing a deal that makes a real difference.
