About the role : As our Freelance Learning Manager, you will support internal teams designing training solutions for clients, who are represented by some of the largest brands in the world. You will meet with the client (virtually or in person) to understand business needs, attend a Design Workshop to propose ideas that will impact learners, and guide a team of Graphic Designers, Programmers, and Instructional Designers to deliver a training solution that is creative, captivating, modern, and measurably changes the organization.

What you’ll do

• Lead Instructional Designers and subject matter experts across the content team to develop e-learning course content.
• Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate online learning solutions.
• Support client solutions using different digital media appropriate to their needs.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers on instructional, graphic, and assessment design across multiple learning project workflows, meeting standards, resources, and deadlines.
• Deliver innovative creative ideas to aid design and implementation.
• Lead the team of Instructional Designers to ensure coordination and quality.
• Guide creative writing for e-learning, animations, drama, and printed materials.
• Develop templates, organize and manage course content files (audio, video, SCORM), schedule reviews, and track documentation and version control.
• Run productive creative meetings and keep projects on track.
• Support multiple delivery methods (HTML5, Storyline, Articulate Rise, PDF, Word, PPT).
