Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of merchants
Use data insights to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Conduct regular check-ins, training, and support sessions
Drive product adoption and reduce churn
Maintain CRM accuracy and submit performance reports
What We’re Looking For
3+ years in account management, customer success, or commercial sales
Strong analytical and CRM skills
Experience in fintech or financial services advantageous
Matric required; tertiary business qualification an advantage
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
