Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable QuickBooks Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks and a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Record, classify, and reconcile financial transactions using QuickBooks.

Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

Assist with payroll preparation and posting.

Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes.

Generate and analyze financial reports as needed.

Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and gather missing information.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper with proficiency in QuickBooks.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience in a CPA office or with multiple clients is a plus.
