Working Schedule : Off Thursday and Friday - Full Schedule as Follows
- Saturday 9am8pm EST
- Sunday 125pm EST
- Monday 128pm EST
- Tuesday 128pm EST
- Wednesday 128pm EST
Salary Range : $1000-$2000 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
About the Role
We are seeking a friendly proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will be the first point of contact for customers handling inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills patience and the ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat in a timely and professional manner.Provide accurate information about products services policies and procedures.Handle customer complaints resolve issues and escalate cases when necessary.Maintain records of customer interactions and update customer accounts in the CRM or support system.Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.Collaborate with internal teams (sales technical support operations) to address customer needs.Stay up to date with product knowledge company policies and industry trends.Meet performance metrics such as response time resolution rate and customer satisfaction scores.Qualifications
1 years of experience in direct CSR positionPrevious experience in piano or instrument customer service call center or related roles is an advantage.Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to understand what the customer needs.Excellent communication listening and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or help desk software ( Zendesk Freshdesk).Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Required Experience :
