Customer Support Agent JHB (Temporary)

We re looking for a Temporary Customer Support Agent on a 3-month contract starting 1 November . This role requires availability during holiday periods and weekends. As a key member of our team you ll be the first point of contact for our clients ensuring their queries are resolved quickly effectively and with care. This role is central to building customer trust and satisfaction - handling day-to-day support interactions escalating issues when needed and contributing to continuous service improvements. Please note that this is a hybrid position requiring 3 5 days per week in our Johannesburg office. This is subject to change in the future.
