Duties & Responsibilities :
New Business Acquisition
- Identify and target B2B clients such as retailers, resellers, distributors, and system integrators.
- Generate and qualify leads through market research, cold outreach, and industry networking.
- Present tailored product offerings and close sales in line with company targets.
Account Development & Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.Understand clientâs business models and provide value-driven electronic solutions.Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and upselling opportunities.Market & Product Strategy
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions for different segments (retail, vendors etc.)Stay informed on product updates, competitor activity, and technology trends.Recommend product bundles, pricing strategies, or promotions for B2B clients.Sales & Planning & Forecasting
Create and manage pipelines, sale forecasts, and account growth plans.Track sales and performance reports using CRM Systems.Operational Coordination
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and order fulfilment.Monitor stock availability, lead times, and client satisfaction.Support and after-sales service needs and escalation management.
