Develop and implement welding quality plans.

Requirements / Qualifications :
Engineering degree or diploma (Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Welding preferred).
Certified Welding Inspector (CWI / IWE or equivalent) advantageous.
Strong knowledge of welding processes (SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SAW, etc.).
Familiarity with NDT methods (RT, UT, MT, PT).
Minimum years of welding / quality experience .
S kills & Competencies :
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols.
Good communication for liaising with production, clients, and auditors.
Knowledge of safety, quality management systems, and continuous improvement.
