About the Role
As a BSP Refunds Administrator you will process refunds and EMD refunds as requested by consultants. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
This role is planned to be based in Century City.
Duties & Responsibilities
(but not limited to)
- Processing refunds on BSP Link and the GDS system daily.
- Ensuring accurate refund values to minimize ADMs resulting from errors.
- Applying the correct cancellation penalties to each refund.
- Issuing credit notes for processed refunds.
- Responding to refund queries submitted via the Ourweb within 24 hours.
- Following up on refunds submitted via BSP Link.
- Providing support to the BSP Department as and when required.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Education : Minimum National Senior Certificate or relevant Travel and Tourism NQF4 qualification.Experience : Minimum 5 years relevant experience.Strong fares knowledge and understanding of airline ticketing rules is essential.GDS Amadeus - advanced.Knowledge of automated refund calculations and processing refunds on BSP Link.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Strong communication skills in English.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Team player with good organisational skills.Investigative natureProactive in roleAbout the Team
The BSP Team serves to support the ClubTravel B2B business, assisting our franchise partners with travel-related queries, and aiming for speedy resolution. This role involves managing franchise client interactions across various channels to ensure a high-quality, error-free service.
Due to high volumes, candidates must be able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and service excellence.
