Service Manager

Are you a technically driven leader with a passion for people and performance Were looking for a Service Manager experienced in industrial refrigeration rotating equipment and compression systems. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership overseeing service operations guiding technicians and ensuring safe efficient and reliable plant performance across multiple client sites.

Job Description :

• Lead and coordinate maintenance and repair activities on ammonia refrigeration systems
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulatory and performance standards (SANS PER OSHA)
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies to minimize downtime
• Analyse system data to identify trends improve performance and enhance reliability
• Manage mentor and motivate a team of refrigeration technicians and apprentices
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet client and project demands
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and technical support
