Overview
The WFS Group provides pay range information and notes that actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Base pay range : $4.00 / hr - $5.00 / hr.
Job Description : In our world, “high ticket” is anything with a price point of about $10k or above. We are seeking motivated sales development representatives or “setters” to generate qualified sales appointments and build revenue for WFS Group, primarily through outbound dialing (warm leads who have opted in) as well as inbound calls that are screened and qualified.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for product presentations and sales pitches.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings between prospective customers and closers.
- Attend sales team meetings and training sessions as directed by management.
- Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not move forward.
- Increase product knowledge by engaging with sales training materials.
- Participate in daily sales syncs to discuss initiatives, review calls, and strategize around the pipeline.
- Conduct discovery dialogues to identify challenges and gaps creating need, desire, and urgency for WFS offers.
- Build relationships with leads using a consultative approach to understand goals and buying motives.
- Utilize WFS sales materials to ensure leads review content prior to calls with closers.
- Achieve or exceed sales appointment quotas and targets.
- Adhere to CRM best practices for lead management, follow-up, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Display WFS core values to contribute to a high-performance culture.
Requirements
6 months of previous experience as an SDR or appointment setter in a high-ticket or consultative sales process.Effective communication and presentation skills.Self-starter with a strong drive for success.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Excellent people skills with the ability to create rapport.Experience with CRM systems.Why Setters Love WFS Group
