Role Overview

As QHSE Coordinator your role will be to support the implementation and continual improvement of the companys Quality Health Safety and Environmental (QHSE) management systems. Youll collaborate with site teams and leadership to ensure compliance with legislation drive incident prevention promote safety culture and prepare for audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with risk assessments site inspections and safety audits.
• Monitor and promote compliance with ISO & 45001.
• Maintain accurate incident / accident records and support investigations.
• Track corrective / preventive actions and follow up on non-conformances.
• Support environmental control measures : waste emissions stormwater etc.
• Coordinate documentation for audits and QMS updates.
• Facilitate safety training toolbox talks and Behavioural Based Safety (BBS) initiatives.
• Support handling of customer complaints and quality non-conformities.
