Job descriptionThe Bellville / Johannesburg depends on where the candidate is based, Commercial Contact Centre / Survey team has an exciting position available for an Insurance Consultant. Dealing with survey enquiries, survey requests and survey letters on all commercial short-term insurance business Adhering to the Survey SOP and NSP Amending policies following the completion of survey reports. Matric certificate or equivalent qualification FAIS compliant : NQF level 4 (short-term insurance) Underwriting knowledge / experience 2 years commercial lines experience in a short-term insurance environment Fully Computer literate (MS Office) Completion of RIA qualification Afrikaans language preferrable Commercial insurance related qualification would serve as an advantage. Previous experience in client services environment would serve as a further advantage Customer Service jobs
