Duties & Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include :

• Sales of conveyor and transmission belts at key accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Understand the needs, objectives, and challenges of key accounts, and develop customized solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-added services and solutions to key accounts.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and profitability objectives.
• Conduct regular meetings and communications with key accounts to review performance and identify opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services or products.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications :

Matric.

BTech / ND in Mechanical Engineering or related degree is an advantage.

Skills :

3+ years in conveyors and transmission belts.

Sales or technical experience in the belting / conveyor industry or related environments is an advantage.
