The Role

The Lead Project Manager oversees complex client accounts with multiple SOWs, work streams, and deliverables. This role goes beyond traditional project management - driving strategic coordination, budget alignment, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery across all client programs.

What You’ll Do

• Manage multiple SOWs within large client accounts
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Coordinate across Paid Media, Creative, Strategy, and Project Management teams
• Serve as the main point of contact for complex accounts
• Source and manage external partners when needed
• Track budgets, risks, and overall program performance
• Support and guide Project Managers as needed
