About the Role : We are seeking an Executive Head : Solutions to join our team. This is a permanent, high-risk, management position reporting to the Chief Executive Officer . The successful candidate will be accountable for the development and implementation of the full integrated, outcomes-based value proposition for our health services . This includes designing solutions, managing provider networks, developing health risk management strategies, and monitoring clinical outcomes . You will also be responsible for managing and executing competitor and industry research to identify trends and opportunities .

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement an integrated, outcomes-based client value proposition in the health sector .

Ensure the operationalization of solutions and collaborate with internal teams like Marketing, Operations, and IT to deliver the value proposition effectively .

Ensure pricing of solutions is sustainable and competitive .

Design and implement health risk management strategies to improve clinical outcomes and scheme sustainability .

Manage provider networks to create a seamless client experience .

Manage competitor and industry research and analysis .

Requirements :

Honours in Business or Science or equivalent degree . A Master''s degree is beneficial .

8-10 years of experience in a leadership / management position .

10-15 years of experience in the health industry .

Experience as a product or business owner is an added advantage .

Must be a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a commitment to client and stakeholders .
