Responsibilities
System Integrator (SI) Development, Maintenance and Management
- Deal and support Key SI according to the classification and division, establish and grow SI customer base from Assigned KPI.
- Regularly communicate with Key Customers to promote long-term cooperation and customer satisfaction through business visit, training, daily communication and interactions.
- Improve Share of Wallet of Hikvision products and create demand for Hikvision in Key customer.
- Understand the organizational structure and requirements of customers to establish and improve customer profile.
- Provide training and other sales support to satisfy customer’s business opportunities.
- Collect feedback of SI’s procurement channels, and communicate with Channel Sales Team to promote ND resolving related issues.
- Meet or exceed sales target and develop further business.
- Focus on budget analysis, competitiveness and decision chain to classify and recognize Business opportunities.
- Establish and implement strategy of key business opportunities.
- Weekly review and follow up the business opportunities to plan.
- Work with BD team for large or cross-regional opportunities, report and share the information and challenges during the project execution.
Production Introduction
Coordinate product and marketing department to develop and implement product strategy for key customers according their requirements.Evaluate product promotion from Business opportunities and output.Marketing
Coordinate with marketing department to cooperate customer’s marketing activities according their requirements.Invite customers to participate in the company or National Distributor’s marketing activities.Provide support to customer according their industry specialties and users’ profiles.Collect and explore customer’s requirements to analyze and stipulate business strategies.Cooperate with marketing and product department to provide sufficient information.Minimum Requirements
At least 2 years working experiences in industry vehicle mobile camera / CCTV and worked as project manager or specialist in Manufacturers or SI is better.Have great experience in creating, developing and managing relationships with Large System integrator.With Passionate and Sales Driven.Persistent and Pro-active.Problem-solving aptitude.Ability to work independently.Good communication skills, both orally and in writing.Strong team spirit.Have worked with people who have different culture background.Have network in logistic and fleet management will be a bonus.Package & Remuneration
