Key Responsibilities :
- Accurately capture reservations and maintain guest profiles in the Opera System (PMS).
- Maximise sales and marketing opportunities within company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Diligently manage room inventory, following set checklists and systems.
- Work independently or as part of a team to deliver consistently high-quality service.
Minimum Requirements :
Matric (NQF 4) or equivalent qualification.Good numeracy skills with strong verbal and written English (NQF 4).Diploma in Hotel / Tourism Management will be an advantage.At least 2 years experience in a similar reservations role.Opera PMS experience preferred.If you are detail-oriented, guest-focused, and eager to grow within a leading hospitality group, we want to hear from you!
