Purpose of Role
Responsible for securing new business opportunities and ensuring effective management of client relationships within assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Use relationship‑management techniques to develop selling opportunities, penetrate new divisions, organizations and markets; develop new direct‑selling relationships.
- Schedule and attend sales call appointments with prospective customers.
- Utilize a consultative approach to discuss business issues with prospects and develop formal quotes, written sales proposals, or presentations addressing their needs.
- Respond to RFPs and follow up with prospects.
- Develop an account plan to sell to customers based on their business needs.
- Build and strengthen the business relationship with current accounts and new prospects.
- Provide status information to your manager, including forecast / pipeline data.
- Facilitate or provide training opportunities for your accounts.
- Identify customer references for reference sales.
- Provide product feedback to engineering to improve products and solutions.
- Build account plans for large accounts.
- Support management in formulating sales targets for the team.
- Support the Sales Team in developing and executing sales‑related strategies.
- Develop and maintain Company sales and marketing procedures by sharing best practice.
Qualifications
Related Bachelor's Degree.
Experience
Minimum 10 years of sales and account management experience.Marketing and selling software development services and enterprise solutions.Contracts management and CRM knowledge.Google Digital Marketing & E‑commerce.Knowledge of business financial principles.Communication and interpersonal skills.Project management and time management.Problem‑solving and analytical skills.Highly organized and detail oriented.Leadership.Seniority level
