Overview :
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales, Marketing, Account, and Operations Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations, staff, and commercial growth of a busy recruitment office. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in sales strategy, marketing management, account relationship development, and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue, managing client relationships, ensuring team productivity, and executing marketing initiatives to support business growth.
Must have worked for an e-commerce platform in a management role.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development
Lead, coach, and motivate the recruitment and sales teams to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing business accounts.Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's footprint.Prepare and present regular performance reports and revenue forecasts.Negotiate client agreements and ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment solutions.Marketing & Brand Management
Oversee all marketing staff.Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a consistent brand identity.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.Account Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication, follow-ups, and problem resolution.Manage client renewals, proposals, and presentations.Oversee invoicing, contract management, and client documentation.Operations & Staff Management
Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments.Supervise and develop all in-office staff, including recruiters, administrators, and marketing personnel.Establish clear KPIs and ensure accountability across teams.Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and ethical recruitment practices.Key Requirements :
Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or operations management, preferably within the recruitment, HR, or professional services industry.Must have a Degree.Must have worked for an e-commerce platform.Proven leadership and team management experience.Strong business acumen with the ability to strategize and execute plans effectively.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in CRM and marketing tools.Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.A proactive, performance-driven individual with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
