We’re hiring an Inbound Sales Specialist to be the first voice our prospects hear. In this role, you’ll respond to inbound leads, guide potential customers through the qualification process, and help turn interest into opportunity. Your goal is to deliver a standout first impression and build trust from the very first touchpoint.

What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound inquiries promptly and professionally
- Qualify leads using the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
- Educate prospects on our solutions and address early objections
- Schedule calls, demos, or consultations with Account Executives as needed
- Maintain clean CRM records (Salesforce, HubSpot) and ensure accurate handoffs
- Hit key metrics related to lead conversion, engagement, and responsiveness
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve messaging and process
- Share trends and common objections to help refine sales positioning
What You’ll Need
2+ years in inbound sales, customer support, or a similar call-focused roleStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable using CRMs and call software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)Self-starter mindset with excellent time managementAvailability during core U.S. business hours (EST–PST)Bonus Points
