As Regional Manager, you’ll drive a full investment lifecycle in the province — building a quality pipeline, structuring and motivating transactions, and ensuring timeous implementation and handover for post-investment monitoring. The role blends rigorous financial modelling with practical dealmaking, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on leadership of a small, high-performing regional team.

What You’ll Do
Originate and structure commercially viable provincial deals aligned to mandate and criteria.
Build a strong pipeline via municipalities, provincial departments, DFIs and business chambers.
Prepare investment proposals with financial models, risk analysis and clear investment motivations.
Present to Investment / Credit Committees and drive timeous implementation and disbursements.
Manage regional office operations, reporting and client communication; mentor analyst / administrator.
Coordinate stakeholder outreach, SME workshops and forums to promote offerings and impact.
What You Bring
5+ years in investment analysis, deal structuring or corporate / development finance.
Proven track record in SME funding / VC / DFI transactions and closing deals end-to-end.
Advanced financial modelling and valuation capability; solid credit risk acumen.
Exposure to legal / transaction docs (e.g., shareholders’ agreements, SPAs).
Strong writing, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Investment; postgrad (Honours / CFA L1 / MBA) advantageous.
