Job Description

An IT Project Manager / Information Technology Manager is sought to lead delivery of technology projects, define goals, budgets, schedules, allocate resources, and lead cross-functional teams. The role involves risk management, stakeholder communication, quality and compliance, and ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and detailed project plans.
• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to implementation.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end portfolio plans aligned with time, budget, and quality criteria.
• Track changes and impediments; estimate efforts with SMEs; provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies; implement mitigation plans.
• Support operational readiness planning and resource management.
• Facilitate post-implementation reviews; capture and share lessons learned.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and build new ones; present project updates to management.
• Lead and motivate hybrid remote teams; coach and support performance management as needed.
• Facilitate tender processes, proposals, and contract signings; oversee budgets and cost control.
