Our client based in Gauteng is looking to hire a Senior Administrative Assistant who will provide high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of office processes. This role will be responsible for file planning, issuing and compliance management, handling client queries, and supporting management with day-to-day tasks.
Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12) essential
Over the age of 25
Minimum three to five years proven administrative experience in a senior role
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint essential)
Bilingual in Afrikaans and English (read, write, speak)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Own reliable transport
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate filing systems, ensuring compliance requirements are met
Handle and resolve client queries promptly and professionally
Prepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondence
Assist in planning and coordinating administrative processes
Support management with diary coordination and meeting preparation
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
