Business Commerce DegreeExperience
8-10 years Experience in client retention, customer experience, or strategic marketing—preferably within financial services or bankingProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive client-centric strategiesStrong background in data analytics, with experience in identifying attrition risks and measuring campaign effectivenessDemonstrated success in service recovery, client lifecycle management, and regulatory complianceSkilled in stakeholder engagement and influencing at executive levelBanking jobs
