The Role :
We are seeking an experienced and driven individual to lead the sales and business development function. A key focus of this role will be to drive and close strategic deals , particularly those that are complex or have proven challenging for the broader team. As the Head of Business Development, you will play a critical role in expanding the commercial footprint across key African markets. You will oversee the regional Sales and Business Development Managers in 5 African countries , and be responsible for driving revenue growth through high-impact partnerships and solution-focused sales.
