Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cape Town for an Operations Manager - Hospitality.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Additional responsibilities include inventory management, budgeting, financial planning, and maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene.

Qualifications

• Experience with operations management, staff management, and customer service.
• Strong organizational, logistical, and inventory management skills.
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
