Regional Banking Head for the Private Banking division

About our client :

The role of Regional Banking Head is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight of the region’s private banking. This role is responsible for driving growth, profitability, and out of the ordinary client experience across all segments within the business. This includes developing, driving, and directing sales, client service, marketing, and operations within the regional teams in executing the national and regional business strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership :

Develop and execute the private banking strategy in alignment with overall business objectives

Build and maintain trusted relationships with UHNW and HNW clients

Manage annual budgets, financial targets, and performance metrics for the private banking division

Responsible for the development and performance management of individuals in the team

Work closely with operations, audit, and compliance functions to maintain a sound control environment.
