We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the company’s HR and payroll functions, ensuring compliance with labour legislation and HR policies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage full payroll process via HR Torque and SAGE integration.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and disciplinary documentation.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff welfare.
- Oversee HR compliance, including EE, B-BBEE, COIDA, and safety reporting.
- Assist in performance management and update job descriptions.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (essential).Honour’s Degree (advantageous).At least 6 years’ experience in HR and payroll.Immediate availability advantageous. NOTE : POSITION IS BASED IN PIETERMARITZBURG
