Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the company’s HR and payroll functions, ensuring compliance with labour legislation and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage full payroll process via HR Torque and SAGE integration.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and disciplinary documentation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff welfare.
• Oversee HR compliance, including EE, B-BBEE, COIDA, and safety reporting.
• Assist in performance management and update job descriptions.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
