Role Description

This is a full‑time role for a Front of House Manager.

The Front of House Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales.

The role requires maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment for clients.

This is an on‑site role located in Sea Point, Cape Town.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in management
• Proficiency in training staff
• Strong sales abilities
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Organizational and time‑management skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Relevant certifications or degrees in hospitality management or related fields are beneficial
