Strategy Execution
Drive strategic L&D programs aligned with company goalsDevelop organisation-wide L&D strategy (soft skills, technical, legal training)Create targeted learning interventions to improve performanceOversee and optimize Learning Management SystemsSecure executive buy-in and sponsorship for L&D prioritiesDevelop and track performance metrics for training effectivenessBenchmark best practices and build a Skills Matrix per roleImplement Competency Frameworks and standardsMaximise Seta funding and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirementsManage regulatory submissions with Transformation and Skills ManagerIntroduce digital learning advancementsMeasure value, cost-effectiveness, learner engagement, and business impactBuild collaborative and integrated learning capabilityOwn and manage the central learning team budgetFinancial Management
Develop, monitor, and manage L&D budgetIdentify cost-saving opportunitiesImplement tools and reports for tracking group-wide L&D expenditureReporting & Administration
