Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Honours degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience
Preferably 2-4 years relevant experience.
Purpose of the Job
The successful candidate would provide assistance to the RisCura Analytics Head of Business and Business Development teams in their acquisition of new clients. The work of the BD Associate will ensure successful implementation of business development activities guided by the practice development framework.
Responsibilities
- Track client engagements on the CRM system and prepare and compile due diligence documents, pricing, requests for proposals, contracts, and industry surveys.
- Onboarding of new clients and coordination between senior analysts and clients.
- Perform industry and competitor analysis to understand the market served.
- Ensure marketing material, presentation slides, documents, marketing articles, and client communications are professional, accurate and of high quality.
- New client acquisition and building solid relationships with clients, while maintaining existing relationships with Trustees, Custodians, Prime Brokers, Retirement Funds, Asset Managers and Mancos.
- Develop business strategies, pitches and manage a variety of projects.
- Manage RFPs, draft proposals and contracts with new and existing clients.
- Maintain Analytics BD content in Content Chooser and related directories (currently in Excel).
- Research industry events and topical topics for future thought leadership and BD training events.
- Assist with sales and marketing material compilation, printing, binding and delivery.
- Implement the practice development framework within the company, identify new business opportunities and assist in growing the business.
- Drive the business development function of RisCura Analytics, providing support to other business functions and ensuring effective client relations and management.
- General administrative ad hoc duties.
Skills & Attributes
Proficient in Microsoft programs, specifically Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Dynamics Sales.Internet research and data mining of industry sources.Strong project management and prioritisation skills; highly organised with good attention to detail.People oriented, team player.Good writer and editor in English.Remuneration
