Senior Property Accountant

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare, review, and finalize monthly management accounts for multiple properties.
• Process and reconcile rental income, operating cost recoveries, and municipal charges.
• Manage tenant accounts Billing, statements, collections, and reconciliations.
• Review lease agreements to ensure correct billing and recoveries.
• Reconcile control accounts, bank accounts, and balance sheet items.
• Perform variance analysis.
• Prepare audit packs and liaise with External Auditors.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, lease terms, and internal controls.
