Overview
We’re looking for a proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team and manage security projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and enjoys problem-solving on the go.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and oversee security projects, ensuring smooth execution.
- Conduct basic risk assessments and recommend solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on client quotations.
- Manage logistics : contractors, vehicles, equipment, and travel.
- Support operations during live projects and resolve issues quickly.
- Handle post-project close-out : documentation, costings, and invoicing.
- Maintain compliance records, rate cards, and equipment inventory.
Requirements
MatricMinimum 2–3 years’ experience in operations, project coordination, or logistics.Security industry background or exposure to risk assessments / compliance (advantageous).Experience preparing quotations, budgets, or cost reports .Strong organisational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) for client and supplier interaction.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) .Problem-solver who can work under pressure.Based in Johannesburg.Ability to work flexible hours if projects demand.Benefits
