Key Accountabilities :
Ensure specified face to face meetings with clients per week (new clients, up selling business calls and service calls)Ensure specified non-face to face contact with clients per weekCategorize and define a strategy per client for A, B and C clients with CRM calendarEffectively ensure interdepartmental communication in respect of each on-air campaignEnsure the campaign is effectively and accurately implementedMeeting monthly, quarterly and annual targetsSuccessfully procure new business and close salesDevelop methods to procure new clientsAttend to meetings and administrative functionsResearch and draft accurate proposalsUpdate the client database for all clients and capture all client activity regularly on the CRM software. Pipefy and active campaignEnsure that contact reports are completed and tracked in CRMEnsure thorough product knowledgeAwareness of client’s business activities and ability to Service clients professionallyRetain a minimum of 75% of clients annuallyEnsure forward planning (complete quarterly plan for each) existing clientEnsure that the Client has a great experience with the brandNew Business Development :
Successfully procure new business and close salesAchieve the set amount of client callsAchieve the specified target for new client applicationsDevelop methods to procure new clientsEnd client meetings with requests for referralsEffectively manage the client relationship via a plan CRM strategyEffectively ensure interdepartmental communication in respect of each on-air campaign.Ensure the campaign is effectively and accurately implementedAdministrative Functions :
Attend meetingsResearch and draft accurate proposalsUpdate the client database for all clients and capture all client activity regularly on the CRM software.Renew existing client campaignsPre-call / post call panningCategorize the client databaseEnsure that pipeline is accurate via the CRM SystemEnsure sales process and other processes are adhered toManage Key Trade Partnerships :
Build and Maintain close working relationships with key trade partnersManage the day to day needs of the clients, including airtime bookings and advert recordings etcService clients professionallyAdd input into the drawing up of partnership contracts where need beAwareness of client’s business activitiesConceive and execute a Customer Relations Management strategy for these clients; including East Coast Radio managementQualification Requirements :
Relevant Degree / DiplomaExperience and Skills Requirements :
Code 08 Drivers LicensePreferably 2-3 years experience in the advertising and media sales environment5-7 years experience in sales with a proven track recordBusiness sales and marketing principlesExcellent communication skills - written, verbal and telephonicCustomer Relationship ManagementRelationship BuilderSales / Retail / Business Development jobs
