Key Responsibilities :
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts, prepare monthly journals, and resolve outstanding issues.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, variance commentary, and quarterly board reports.
- Drive the budget preparation process, coordinating across stakeholders and preparing Exco / Board presentations.
- Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting while maintaining a strong control environment.
- Support ad-hoc IFRS 17 requirements and strategic decision-making projects.
Job Experience and Skills Required :
Minimum : BCom Honours or equivalent qualification.35 years experience in the Insurance industry (compulsory).Completed articles (advantage).IFRS 17 exposure / experience (advantage).Strong experience in reconciliations, monthly accounts, CFO reporting, and commission calculations.Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word); experience with Dynamics 365 advantageous.Proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and present effectively to stakeholders.Apply now!
