(German & English, short-term) Business Development Representative (remotely)

What you will do
- Assist in executing email and partner marketing campaigns
- Update Salesforce with deal information
- Manage lead queues for partner campaigns, including coordination with the SSR team on pricing and quotes
- Securely work with customers\' sensitive information
- Apply the latest customer happiness practices
- Maintain working knowledge of our client\'s products and services
- Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies
What you need to succeed in this role
Excellent German and English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)At least 6 months of experience in a customer support rolePrior experience in Business Development and SalesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailSelf-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideasPersonal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)Will be a great plus
Experience in the IT industryFamiliarity with sales systems such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and Sales NavigatorBenefits and Perks
