Duties :

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts, and tax submissions.
• Monitor departmental budgets and contribute to strategies that enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee the full accounts payable and receivable cycle.
• Manage and reconcile fixed asset registers monthly.
• Track daily attendance using the ERS system and deliver financial insights to support operational planning.

Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of solid accounting experience.

Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).

Excellent communication skills

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work well under pressure and make sound financial decisions.
