Job Description

I am looking for a BEE Candidate for the following role : to lead and oversee the ICT infrastructure and services, ensuring effective, efficient and secure operations. You will align ICT initiatives with the groups business objectives and drive innovation through technology. Implementing ICT policies and best practices, enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Implement the ICT strategy in alignment with the business and ICT objectives
• Work closely with the Central Office ICT Team to ensure category aligns with Group Standards.
• Drive digital transformation projects to enhance productivity and innovation.
• Integrate ICT systems to streamline operations and improve communication
• Oversee the management and maintenance of ICT infrastructure (networks, servers, databases).
• Manage the ERP system environment
• Build and maintain relationships with ICT vendors and service providers
• Ensure data security and integrity through robust cybersecurity measures
• Manage ICT-related risks and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans
