Our leading FMCG manufacturing client is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to drive growth, strengthen strategic relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to key customers.The ideal candidate will bring a balance of commercial acumen and technical understanding, with a strong background in account management and business development.Key Responsibilities :
Manage, retain, and grow key customer accounts across multiple sectors, fostering long-term partnerships.Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to expand market share and revenue growth.Collaborate with technical, design, production, and commercial teams to deliver customized, fit-for-purpose solutions.Assess customer requirements and prepare compelling proposals, pricing models, and contractual agreements.Lead successful negotiations to deliver sustainable value and mutually beneficial outcomes.Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry shifts to uncover emerging opportunities.Partner with internal stakeholders to shape go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless project delivery.Consistently achieve sales, revenue, and profitability objectives.Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in BCom (Marketing, Business, or Commerce) or Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related discipline).Demonstrated success in sales, key account management, and business development.Experience in packaging, FMCG, or manufacturing industries is advantageous.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Commercially astute with the technical aptitude to support solution-based selling.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.Willingness to travel as needed.Sales / Retail / Business Development jobs
