Responsibilities :
- Manage, retain, and grow strategic key customer accounts across multiple sectors, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Proactively identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to drive growth and expand the company’s market footprint.
- Collaborate closely with technical, design, production, and commercial teams to deliver tailored, fit-for-purpose packaging solutions.
- Analyse customer needs and prepare impactful proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies.
- Lead effective negotiations to achieve win-win outcomes and sustainable value for both customers and the company.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop innovative go-to-market strategies and support successful project execution.
- Consistently achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
Requirements
Grade 12Bachelor’s degree in BCom (Marketing / Business / Commerce) or Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field).Proven track record in sales, key account management, and business development.Experience in packaging, FMCG, or manufacturing is advantageous.Technical aptitude and / or strong commercial mindset to support solution-driven selling.Willingness to travel as required.Valid drivers license and own transport.Requirements
