Role Requirements

To be successful in this role, you need to bring a solid academic foundation.

• A three-year Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Finance, Medical Sciences, or an advanced technology-related qualification is essential.
• We are looking for someone with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience—someone who understands the rhythm of business operations and the intricacies of application maintenance.
• You should be familiar with our core software applications, including MEDITECH LIS, and have a strong grasp of our business processes.
• Your experience in designing, developing, and implementing software and hardware solutions will be invaluable, as will your ability to communicate technical concepts in a way that makes sense to everyone.
• You will need to be comfortable working across the software development lifecycle and have a keen eye for detail when it comes to analysing and solving problems.
• Your insights will help us prevent issues before they arise and ensure our systems are always aligned with our organisational goals.
