Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Marketing and Logistics Business Planning process ensuring alignment with strategic development and the successful integration and optimisation of the value chain.
• Manage the Risk Management process while serving as an analytical champion in the department to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives across the value chain by implementing innovative digital solutions and technologies to improve business processes.
• Provide technical support to senior management including the General Manager to facilitate strategic initiatives and business optimisation strategies.
• Foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration innovation and continuous improvement across multiple teams and departments.
• Lead and coordinate business process optimisation initiatives ensuring the effective management of multi-disciplinary teams to deliver results on conflicting priorities.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance safety profitability and cost efficiencies through strategic planning and decision-making.
• Utilise advanced analytical and statistical skills to provide data-driven insights and support strategic analysis and business optimisation projects.
• Build and maintain professional networks and relationships with key stakeholders to support knowledge sharing and strategic alignment across all business units.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices and knowledge management to ensure continuous improvement and the replication of innovation opportunities across functional areas.
